Mike Manczuk has been involved in the sports and fitness industry since the early 1980’s. Mike has represented many familiar health and fitness companies including Pro Form, Icon, Weider, MetRx, Worldwide, ABB, and many more.
Mike has created and managed several promotional events and has appeared on numerous occasions as a spokesperson, model and trainer in videos, on product packaging and in print media.  As Wasatch Front resident for 35 years, Mike enjoys playing beach volleyball twice a week, skiing the double blacks at Snowbird and mountain biking from Moab to the Wasatch Back.

Kyle brings extensive playing and certified coaching experience to his role as Teaching Pro for Wasatch Beach Volleyball. Kyle has played indoor club and beach volleyball since his teens. He also lived, studied and trained with the 2008 Men’s Olympic beach team in the Dominican Republic. Kyle has recently become one of the top ranked players at Wasatch Beach finishing fifth overall in the 2012 season and first overall in 2013.

Kyle (and volleyball playing) wife, Tamara, live in Murray. The Smiths balance their passion for volleyball with family and friends, work, exercising and stretching often.

Daniel’s extensive volleyball knowledge, passion, and easy going nature make him perfect to teach and encourage young players to develop their skills and love of the sport. Daniel has recently returned to his roots in Utah after having spent the last several years in Southern California where he was playing on the AVP (Association of Volleyball Professionals) Tour and coaching juniors. We are thrilled to have him on our Elite coaching squad for the next few years while he is finishing his dental degree.

Kaden is one of the rising young stars of the Utah men’s open division placing in the top 20 in his first season. Kaden is in his second season of coaching at WBV and was an assistant coach in Las Vegas for Palo Verde High School and for the Molten Club Team also in Las Vegas.

Wasatch Beach Volleyball is fortunate to have some of Utah’s top volleyball players as Teaching Pros. We hope you will take advantage of Kyle, Daniel and Kaden’s knowledge and skills to improve your game.

Mikki Barton

Mikki is in her third year of coaching for Wasatch Beach Juniors Volleyball.  Prior to coaching beach volleyball, she coached youth indoor club volleyball for six years in Park City, Utah.  She has extensive experience coaching and training young athletes to reach their best potential in their sport by preparing physically, mentally and nutritionally. Mikki’s past experiences at high level competition gives her first hand knowledge of what it takes to develop players to become confident, competitive and successful athletes.

Mikki played basketball and volleyball at the University of Utah from 1989-1993. She was MVP of the Western Athletic Conference in basketball and also a three year first team all conference performer in basketball. Mikki played volleyball for only her last two years of college, but became a first team all conference performer her last year, and is still in the top 10 for career blocks at the University of Utah while only playing 2 seasons.  She is married to Paul Barton, former football and baseball player at the University of Utah.  They live in Sandy, Utah and have four children, which she considers to be her greatest athletic achievement and blessing.   Two sons, Cody and Jackson,  are currently playing football at the University of Utah, and her daughter, Dani,  plays beachvolleyball at the University of Utah.

Bree Anderson

Bree played volleyball at Westminster College and came into the school when they were 1-32. By the time she was a senior they had won a conference titles and were the only Utah team to make it to nationals.
Bree has been coaching club volleyball for 13 years and club directing for 5 years. Her focus is small groups and functional training and movement.

Bree is a Certified Strength and Conditioning coach, has an Olympic weightlifting certification and is currently working with the Westminster College athletes and her club athletes.
